MTA-DC is based on four poles to be put in place in several phases:

. the African pole around MTA Cameroun SA;

. the Europe pole around MTA-DC France;

. the North-American pole around MTA USA or MTA Canada;

. The Asian pole around MTA Dubai Cargo liner or MTA China.

        Apart from MTA Cameroon, a limited company with the capital of 90 000 000 of FCFA (approximately 137 000 Euros) and which has been functioning since April 1999, the MTA-Diaspora Connection network truly started its construction through the installation of other specialized local companies. Thus:

- MTA-DC France whose headquarters is to the 60, principal road of the port, 92230 Gennevilliers has been in activity since November 2008 (Telephone +33-1 47 94 42 85 / +33- 6 61 13 56 29 / +33- 6 99 79 58 58);

- MTA Gabon is created since December 14, 2005. Its headquarters is in Libreville, domiciled with the P.0. Box 5592 (Tel.: +241- 07 41 12 05).

- MTA Côte-d'ivoire is created since January 9, 2006. It has its seat at Abidjan-Plateau, Boulevard of the Republic, JECEDA building. Tel.: + (225)20 21 18 30

- MTA Chad was born in September 02, 2006. Its headquarters is in N'djamena, MOBUTU Boulevard, Tel: + (235) 627 57 61 and + (235) 994 65 76.

- MTA Senegal was born in September 11, 2006. Its headquarters is to the 568 boulevard Dial Diop X President Bourguiba Avenue, Tel/Fax: 00 221 824 19 45, Mobile: 00 221 450 27 87. BP: 47543Liberté-Dakar-SENEGAL.

- MTA Benin is also born since September 22, 2006. Its headquarters is in Cotonou, Carré 86/87, Missepo 01BP315; Tél: + 229-21 31 85 18

- MTA Togo is born since April 18, 2007. Its headquarters is at TABA building in Lome, Telephone: +228-969 79 23.

- MTA Burkina is created and recorded with the trade register of Ouagadougou under number BF OAU 2007 B1956. With its headquarters located in Ouagadougou, Sector 5, KWAME KRUMAH's avenue, flat n° 1275 Leo Frobenius. Tel.: + (226) 702 38117.

- MTA Central Africa was created in July 21, 2007. Its registered office is located at the Barthélemy BOGANDA Avenue, Lakouanga district, telephone: +236- 75 56 85 18.

- MTA TELECOM whose headquarters is in Paris is created since July 7, 2007. It is specialized in the supply of the products and services in the field of telecommunications and data processing, with main regards on the solutions of telephony on network Internet Protocol (VoIP).

- MTA Congo whose headquarters is to Impasse M'foa, Immeuble Ebina P.O. Box 13169 Brazzaville, Congo, Tel.: +242-950 43 37.

- MTA Dubai created on april 2010 has its headquarters to Suite # 1007, MAI Tower, P.O. Box: 25394, Al Qusais - 1 DubaÏ - United Arabe Emirates, Tel.: + 971 504 762 343

- The project of opening of MTA Ghana, MTA Nigeria, MTA RDC, MTA Niger and MTA Mali is in study.
