FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT

The establishment of MTA associated companies in Africa and elsewhere does not require significant investments in as much as the expected shareholders are ready to release as soon as possible a good part of their own share in the capital. The shareholding of MTA associated companies will thus have to be always made up of business men likely to bring to the network, their know-how and especially a determining commercial assistance in term of business. To give to the project its entire panafrican dimension, it is agreed that no shareholder except for MTA Cameroun can hold more than 10% of the shares of the capital. As from the 1 st January 2008 all the new shareholders will have, with exception according to some countries, to release the totality of their share to the subscription. The others (already present in other created MTAs) will have six months to one year deadline to release the remainder of their share.

INVESTMENTS

The initial investments, intended essentially for the business equipment, are financed by the capital.

PROFITABILITY OF the PROJECT

The quantified profitability of MTA - DIASPORA CONNECTION project as a whole is difficult to estimate at the present stage of its evolution. But the promoters are convinced of its viability on the basis of the undertaken studies and on the experience of the first MTAs in activity. However, each actor (leader, shareholders) must play his role correctly and accept some sacrifices for the first years.
